Processing & Shipping Time

All orders take up to 14 business days to ship after payment is confirmed. 

Business days = Monday to Friday, excluding Zimbabwean public holidays. 

Weekends and holidays are not included in the 14-day count.

What happens next:

1. You get an order confirmation once payment clears.

2. We process, quality check, and pack your order within 14 business days.

3. You receive tracking details once it’s dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Rates are calculated at checkout based on delivery location. 

For international shipping, WhatsApp us for a quote.

Delays

We aim for 14 business days, but high demand, holidays, or courier issues 

may cause delays. We’ll keep you updated if anything changes.
