Refund policy

STRUT STUDIO RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY


1. Eligibility Period

Returns and refunds are only accepted within 5 days of parcel delivery to the client. 

Requests after 5 days will not be accepted.


2. Conditions for Returns & Refunds

Items must be:

- Unused, unworn, and in original condition

- In original packaging with tags and labels attached

- Returned with proof of purchase/order number

- Defective, damaged in transit, or not as described


3. Non-Returnable Items

- Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items

- Items damaged by misuse or wear and tear

- Returns requested after 5 days


4. Refunds Process

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the item. 

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.


5. Exchanges

Size/color exchanges are allowed within 5 days if stock is available. 

Return shipping for exchanges is paid by the client unless the item was defective.

- Reason for return


Strut Studio reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
